The PopLock Interlocking Edge technology allows the tiles to connect invisibly, edge to edge, without the need for adhesives or mechanical fasteners.

This patented interlocking edge design operates similarly to the mechanism found in zip-to-close resealable plastic bags. Each edge of the PopLock Turf-top Tiles features an oval-shaped male ridge that fits into a corresponding female groove. When pressed together, these components create a strong, shift-resistant edge connection. The tiles can be easily joined or separated in seconds, repeatedly, without the use of adhesive.

The PopLock Turf-Top tiles are available in two thicknesses: 1″ and 1 3/8″. These tiles are inspired by the popular PopLock Sport and Decking tile products, and both versions feature the same patent-pending interlocking edge design.

The thicker version includes a series of 3/8” high circular feet on the underside of each tile. These feet create an air gap between the tile base and the subsurface, enabling effective drainage while providing pathways for wiring and irrigation lines. In contrast, the bottom of the 1″ tile is flat.

The Turf-Top tiles feature a surface made of high-quality green synthetic turf that is permanently bonded to a recycled rubber base. They are ideal for both interior and exterior applications, including rooftop decks, patios, terraces, walkways, and play areas. The unique interlocking edge system prevents shifting or separation, even during extreme temperature fluctuations.
