PopLock Interlocking Decking Tile

The PopLock Interlocking Rubber Decking Tile represents the latest advancement in a new generation of recycled rubber flooring products produced by MMI in Southern California. Made from recycled tire rubber, these 24″ x 24″ x 1 3/8″ interlocking decking tiles feature an innovative hidden interlocking edge technology. PopLock’s interlocking system is a game-changer for the recycled rubber flooring industry.

The PopLock Interlocking Edge technology allows the tiles to connect invisibly, edge to edge, without the need for adhesives or mechanical fasteners.

This patented interlocking edge design operates similarly to the mechanism found in common zip-to-close resealable plastic bags. Each edge of the PopLock Decking Tiles has an oval-shaped male ridge and a corresponding female groove. When these components are pressed together, a strong, shift-resistant edge connection is formed. The tiles can be joined or separated in seconds, repeatedly.

The 1 3/8” thick PopLock Decking tile is an enhanced version of the popular 1” thick PopLock Sport product. It features the same patent-pending interlocking edge design and includes an array of 3/8” high circular “feet” on the bottom of each tile. These feet create an air gap between the tile’s base and the subsurface, providing robust drainage channels while allowing pathways for wiring and irrigation lines.

PopLock Decking Tiles are ideal for exterior applications on rooftop decks, patios, or terraces. The unique interlocking edge system prevents shifting or separation, even during extreme temperature fluctuations.

PopLock Decking Tiles are available in three color series. For utility applications, the budget-friendly solid black tiles are an excellent choice. For those looking to add some color, this product is offered in ten pigmented (color-coated) options. Additionally, a wide selection of standard and custom premium EPDM color mixes is available, with color densities ranging from 10% to 60%.
