Musson step covers are designed for installation using adhesive. Several adhesive options are available, including epoxy, contact cement and environmentally-friendly latex.

Like all Musson step covers the style 622 has a sanded back to assure proper adhesion, contains no asbestos fiber and is molded from a  top quality homogeneous rubber compound.

The Musson 622 style features a newly designed, adjustable nose which can conform to angles ranging between 60 and 90 degrees. This style offers excellent traction, due to its criss-crossing diamond ridge texture. The Musson 622 style is the original diamond design stair tread.

It features a 1 1/2", adjustable nosing which can accommodate pan-filled or molded concrete or terrazzo steps. This tread is very similar to Musson's style 626. The main differences are that the 622 is slightly thicker, has a shorter nose and offers the option of either straight or curved nose profile.

The Musson 622 stair tread is 1/4” thick, tapering to back edge. It is 12 1/4” deep. The 622 has a flame spread Rating of 75 or less using ASTM-E-84 Test. 

You can select from standard lengths of 36”, 42”, 48”, 54”, 60” or 72.

This straight nose version of this product is available in all  standard colors. The curved nose version is only available in Color Series Is I.
