Z-Tile Interlocking Rolled Rubber Athletic Flooring Tile

Z-Tile, interlocking rubber athletic flooring, is made in the USA from 100% recycled rubber and a specially engineered polymer binder. This binder when combined with tiny rubber granules, creates a very durable yet resilient material. A unique manufacturing process greatly minimizes the strong rubber order that is common to most Asian imports and many other, lower quality products. This lower odor level is particularly important for indoor installations.

These fitness tiles are 28.5" x 28.5" in size, (5.64 sq. ft). This rubber fitness flooring material is available in 8mm, (5/16") or 9.5mm, (3/8") thickness options. Tile weights are 9.6 pounds for the 5/16" version and 10.7 pounds for the 3/8" thickness.

Color options include black and six, 20% EPDM Color flec mixes. Custom color mixtures can be ordered as well.

These interlocking tiles are cut from US-made rolled rubber mats. Unlike rolled rubber mats, which require adhesive, Z-Tiles do not. The tightly interlocking edges, which resemble a zipper, almost disappear.

The Z-Tiles are appropriate for a variety of applications. The low-odor qualities make them ideal for high impact, indoor applications. Typical uses include athletic flooring in home and commercial gyms as well for flooring applications in workshops, utility rooms, playrooms or interior walkways.

This recycled rubber flooring product is easy to keep clean. The recommended procedure involves using a broom, damp sponge mop or vacuum cleaner. If desired, a mild detergent can be used to sanitize the flooring. This product is covered by the manufacturer's five-year limited warranty.
